I just put my new computer together and im not getting any boot screen (first time building a pc) all the components turn on... fans gpu motherboard cpu cooler, cant tell if my ram or cpu are turning on, when i turn the computer on my monitor says there is no cable detected, i have tried all my display ports and my hdmi ports in both monitor and gpu. Iam running a r5 3600 amd cpu on a b450 motherboard, the sticker on my motherboard says its bios 2501 and i only need 2301 or higher to use this cpu, not sure if its my cpu or anything else. Ask me if you need more details.           -edit: monitor works.

You must flash the BIOS to get your 3600 to work.  There is a button in back of motherboard.... Put in USB stick with BIOS and flash it.  If you don't have a button in the back then you need to put in a old gen CPU flash it then put in the 3600 and what not.

As long as its a old gen Ryzen.  Like a 1800 Ryzen 3 or 5 or 7.  You need to put that CPU in flash the BIOS with USB stick inside BIOS then remove CPU put in the 3xxx and your good to go.

If you don't even know what flashing BIOS means, then you shouldn't have gotten yourself in this mess and just bought a x570.
