Onboard USB Y splitter

Hey, I have for some time tryed to find an intern Y USB spiltter. The case is I have a frontpanel SD port and a watercooling unit, and booth need 1 usb port, but they only use half of the pin, is there any USB y adapters?

I have tryed diffrent sites, but with out result. I live en europe, so i can't buy stuff from ex US.

Why dont you hide a USB hub somewhere inside of your case?

It takes a power from your psu and one usb header and then just branches out to more headers and ports.
