So I am currently a console(xbox one s) player. I want to play a on a stronger console, I want to play at 1440p and 144Hz. I need help building a pc. I want to use a RTX 2080 graphics card but I did not know there are so many types. I need help in general, anyone?

there are many different vendors, the performance is about the same.... maybe a few fps here and there and some custom looks
