Does anyone know of a good Windows server installation tutorial?

I don't really want to mess with the OS until I know I atleast did the installation correct.

You can always reinstall, i find it's better to learn on your own rather than have someone teach you.

EDIT:

At least for me that's how it goes, I can't stand someone teaching me an OS, rather find out how to do things on my own.

100% True. I was just saying learning the basics is much easier and more fun on your own. I'll be honest before i started to work at my current position i didn't know all the CTRL=x commands, i do know, and they help a whole bunch. However i've also taught my boss a lot of things too. We all learn and find new tricks differently. I find in my personal experience it's best to go and explore on your own. :D
