Moving windows

I have 2 pcs currently, one has a 970 evo plus with a 1tb hard drive and the other a 860 evo with a 2tb hard drive. I’m moving the 970 to the other pc and keeping everything else the same. But I have to move windows on it first. I looked up a way to do it with the easeus tool and cloned it over. I restarted my pc it worked fine but then I took out the 970 it now is in an infinite bios boot loop. I don’t feel like taking out my GPU to put it back in right now is there anything else to do.

and yes the 860evo 2tb hdd oc has windows already.
