Hello folks

My current setup is

I5-4440

Motherboard gigabyte p-81

8GB of ddr3 RAM

R7 -265 dual X

And I'm looking to play new AAA games on 1080p 60 fps

What kind of budget upgrades would I need?

Considering an RX 580 8GB cause it's within my budget but I'm not too sure if it's only the GPU I need to upgrade nor if it's even the right one for me.

I'm also looking for a good 1080p monitor ror around 100$

(Don't make fun of the rig/budget I'm from Egypt and pc parts here are like really expensive

Thanks in advance!

Are you just going to game or will you do some other stuff (video editing, graphics rendering, office work, etc) as well?

There are builds that can be done under $1000 USD. Let us know if this is fine with you.

At the very least I would recommend upgrading to 16GB of RAM as well.

Your going to need to upgrade Mobo CPU and RAM and 16GB of RAM is dirt cheap right now.   A mobo for 100 dollars and CPU for couple hundred.  Maybe a 2700x or a 8700k and the 580 or 590 will do the trick @ 1080p 60fps sustained.

Asus Sabertooth x79 / 4930k @ 4500 @ 1.408v / Gigabyte WF 2080 RTX / Corsair VG 64GB @ 1866 & AX1600i & H115i Pro @ 2x Noctua NF-A14 / Carbide 330r Blackout

Scarlett 2i2 Audio Interface / KRK Rokits 10" / Sennheiser HD 650 / Logitech G Pro Wireless Mouse & G915 Linear & G935 & C920 / SL 88 Grand / Cakewalk / NF-A14 Int P12 Ex
AOC 40" 4k Curved / LG 55" OLED C9 120hz / LaCie Porsche Design 2TB & 500GB / Samsung 950 Pro 500GB / 850 Pro 500GB / Crucial m4 500GB / Asus M.2 Card

At the moment the I5 4440 and RX 580 actually make for a pretty decent pairing and the OP at the moment appears to be facing major budget constraints, I would not recommend such a CPU upgrade unless the OP was upgrading to a 2070 or better. At the moment I would only recommend that the OP purchases an RX 580, an additional 8GB of RAM, and possibly a 120/128GB SSD (if one is not already owned).

That sounds better.
