I was oc’ing a new computer that i built for the fam that actually has an unlocked cpu. Cpu really wanted to run at 1.525 volts at first because why not. I have a few pics of HWMonitor voltages just need to know if these are ok. For some reason it only runs at 99% usage for whatever reason.

and then the cpu at a basic idle: 046BC33D-B205-4819-B1A0-A5DE32162F55.thumb.jpeg.8fff21b9e29bcd5a3bf9ee6282841920.jpeg

sorry for trash lighting and bad quality. Any info, or recomendations would help. VIDs hit 1.412 sometimes too.

1.4 vcore is fine. What clocks?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

That’s stupidly high voltage for a 2200G but if it works and the motherboard VRMs aren’t on fire then there’s no issue.

I wouldn’t recommend it, stress test it extensively to test stability.
Id be surprised if it’s fully stable at 1.525v, most cap out at 1.425

The cpu doesnt still run at 1.525 it should be capped at 1.395, its mostly stable too, its only going to be doing homework and paying the bills but whatever. Might get a gpu to play games on it but thats a different story

Mobo is an asus prime b450m micro atx build
