Buying advice

[Taking Flight]

Looking to purchase a new laptop with a budget of roughly $550. Primary use would be for light schoolwork and media consumption. Would prefer touchscreen/ flexible hinge but not a necessity, the concept of using a chromebook doesn't scare me away from them but I have not used one before. 

 

Any advice is appreciated

buy a laptop thats a few years old which fits your needs and put an ssd in it. chromebooks are fine, but you're limited to chrome os
