Setting my ddr4-2400 to 2400

I have a ASRock x370 taichi, ryzen 5 1600, and G. Skill Ripjaws V Series DDR4-2400. On default settings, its only 2133 MHz (15-15-15-36). I would like to make it 2400 MHz to optimize performance. I know how to change the DRAM speed with XMP and vltage, but not the 15-15-15-36. I'm just wondering what values I should change the other 2 to.to get the absolute maxiest, beefiest experience.

You however shouldn’t have any issues with 15’s on 2400mhz. You can potentially try 14/14/14/30 or 32.

Should I change the voltage at all?
