No signal help please

So i just got a new case and put all my old pc parts in it with a new graphics card the 1060. I get no signal when i turn it on exept the very first time when i booted it it gave me my mobo bios. Now im not getting anything. My parts are z68 micro sli i52500 16 gb ram 1060

650 watt psu. I did switch from a rx480 to a 1060 i didnt unistall any drivers but i dont have the old gpu idk if thats the issue but my mobo has no onbourd graphics from what i can see and i dont know what to do :(

It only showed me it once the t time now it doesnt do anything no signal to monitor but all the lights turn on

Reset the BIOS on the mobo? Usually there is a switch or a button or perhaps you have to pull the BIOS battery for it to reset...

Yeah i did reset it after it didnt signal or show me bios again i dont understand

Also try another port or cable.  So the monitor is orange Im assuming because you said it lights up ?  So it lights up just doesn't show ?.  Also you can try another PCI slot if that is not too much trouble.  Just some quick TS I can think of right now.
