Asus99DeluxeII Bios doesn't show Nvme

The manual that came with this mobo says that there is a setting for the NVMe configuration under the BIOS settings but that option is missing.

I have both slots filled with NvMe's and they show up in the device manager but not in the BIOS and I cannot boot up Windows 10 from them but if I go to the boot menu setting it is listed and if I select it, then the computer runs from that??Any ideas or did I miss something setting up the computer? Asus never answered my question-thanks
