Upgrading SSD

Hi,

 

I want to upgrade my SSD in my laptop and i don't want to lose any data on that SSD. I also have a mechanical hard drive in my laptop as a D drive i want to turn that into a C drive so i can transfer all the data from the SSD on to the mechnical hard drive including windows. Can anyone tell me an easy solution please? I'd really appreciate it.
