ANY dns record program

I find ANY DNS record to be useful for certain things but it has its disadvantages and its been depreciated (here is an article by Cloudflare, https://blog.cloudflare.com/rfc8482-saying-goodbye-to-any/).

Does anyone know of a program/script that scans every record and prints it as if it was an ANY dns record?
