Question about airflow

Hello, I'm thinking about adding a second 360 radiator to the top of the case and push air into the case and out the front .. would this cause any over heating issues?

 

Also stupid question I have 2 200mm fans above am I able to use them for the radiator or do I need to use 3 120mm fans.

That seems fine. 

200mm fans would perform horribly on a 360mm rad but it's still better than not adding the rad at all.
