PC Unexpected Restarts

Hello,

 

I'm not sure if I'm in the right section of the forum for this but I recently built my first pc and it is constantly restarting unexpectedly and I can't figure out why. One interesting thing about the issue is that it only occurs when I don't have games running. I can run games perfectly fine for hours but as soon as the I close out of it, the unexpected restarts start happening again. It gets frustrating when I try to do homework and it constantly restarts, and I couldn't find anything online about the issue so I came here. Right now I have to constantly run a game in the background which is fine temporarily but would like to find a more permanent fix. Here's a link to the build https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wg9qk6

Is it shutting down normally? Or just crashing down?

It’s crashing, the pc lights all turn off, fans stop, screen goes black, then it immediately restarts.
