PC not posting..

My buddy is not very advanced when it comes to pc hardware. He switched a LGA 1155 CPU into a LGA 1150 socket and did the same vise versa, and now neither of his pcs will post, any help? According to him the pins look perfect and the pcs both turn on but no signal to the monitor.

Both are running windows 7 64x
