Help Planning a New Build

Hello everyone,

 

I will be building a new PC in early November, and with that wanted to get some feedback and opinions on some Hardware selection to get the most out of my components.

 

CPU - Ryzen 9 3950X(Releases in early November hopefully, otherwise will be waiting until release to complete)

GPU - RTX 2080 Ti FTW3 Ultra Gaming

 

I have built a few computers in my time, but it has been in excess of six years since my last build.

 

I have never done water cooling, but want to have the CPU/GPU water cooled.

 

I have not done much overclocking in my time, but plan on OCing the CPU/GPU.

 

Budget wise, I am pretty loose. Willing to spend another 1250-1750 on the remaining build.

 

Suggestions, Feedback, and General Comments are greatly appreciated.

Forgot to mention, this will heavily be a gaming rig. Plan on some streaming and some video editing.
