Logitech G Pro Replacement Cable

Go to solution Solved by SupaKomputa,

You can straight it out with a hammer. do it lightly.

the internals should be intact since it's not ripped apart.

It seems that the port doesn't make contact due to the bent.

can you plug the other end to the headset?

if yes, just whack the broken end and replace it with a new plug.

So not to long ago i had my headset plugged into my laptop and I got up to let my dog out, and forgot to remove my headset.....

So lo and behold the 3.5 mm cable is bent and only plays sound out of 1 ear.

The headset is a Logitech G Pro (097855138958 google for clarification) and i'm simply wondering if anyone has any good sites

to find replacement parts or fixes for products like this.

The the jack on the headset side is proprietary so i cannot just simply use a regular 3.5 mm cable instead.

Thx in advance

I have done as instructed and its FUNCTIONAL YAY!

However the slightest bump causes it to cut out again...

I appreciate the effort however the end that plugs into the headphones is proprietary and has 5 metal strips compared to the standard 4 on a 3.5 mm cable. (as seen in the photo posted)
