Used Video Cards

Greetings I'm looking for a few used gaming video cards for my Dell T7500 and the one i am for games such as GTA and other stuff i have a few Tesla 6 gig ddr5s but they are more useful for Revit and xref server stuff so the PC in question specs is

 

Asus P8H61-M PRO Xeon 3.4 16gig Ram 128 EVO SSD Asus 2gig VC SB THX, 

 

i have been trolling around trying to find the best VC sub 100. Im trying to win a bet I can build the best rig under 400 dollars and im at 298 for this build and would appreciate if their are any suggestions , links
