first guess is its overheating. Have you been monitoring temps? How often do you clean it out from dust? Have you replaced the thermal paste on the CPU cooler?

I haven’t monitored temps recently. Last time I changed the thermal paste was probably 1-2 years ago. I don’t usually clean it

mmk, monitor temps.. chances are you need to clean out your system as its likely overheating... get some canned air or a vacuum to clean up the dust and dirt. Make sure to hit your PSU as well as it can cause lots of problems with dust as it does/is electrically conductive

Try testing with Prime95,if it crashes in Prime95 without errors in Prime95 then it could be either the motherboard or the PSU.

I did a CPU stress test for around 20 minutes and the max temperatures were around 87c, most of the time near 84.
