Which CPU + GPU-combo to take?

Hey Guys,

I'm kind of on a budget at the moment and for my new rig I have to make the following choice:

Ryzen 5 3600 + RTX 2070 Super

Ryzen 7 3700X + RX 5700 XT

 

Combined they are similar priced. I would like to start streaming at some point. Is there a compelling reason to choose the lesser GPU for a better CPU?

Currently working on a Watercooled Corsair Obsidian 350D (clicky)


Intel i5 4670k, ASUS GTX 780, Samsung 840 Evo, 16GB RAM, 3 TB Seagate HDD

On the first look, i think they would almost perform the same.

I would go for the 8 Core.
