Wireless display sharing

Hi everyone, 

I've been trying to do some research here since moving recently into trying to share the display from some of my devices (phones, laptops,  ps4, desktop) to the primary TV. In trying to do so I realize that I have only the faintest clue of where to begin looking,  so I come to you for any suggestions and ideas.  I'm mostly concerned with at least 1080p/60ps with minimal latency but there are clearly a lot of factors here.

I've found some obviously lower end options like anycast that would ALMOST be sufficient without the lag but anything more 'premium' always seems to get unreasonably unwieldy and complicated right away,  is there any kind of middle ground?

Something like a Chromecast will be the best bang for buck. There are wireless HDMI transmitters/receivers which are available at a range of prices but if you want minimal loss of quality and low latency you'll need to spend at least a couple hundred dollars.
