Overclocking question

I have a ryzen 5 2600 and i overclocked it to 4ghz on 1.3125v and was wondering if its safe... Its my first overclock and i dont wanna break anything

Voltage is safe.  That's a pretty conservative OC.  It should be fine.

What are you using for stability testing?

Try for 4.1?

Im using hw monitor to look at temps and i run cinebench r20 and did 5 render tests but i might use prime 95 and i tried 4.1 on this voltage and instant crash and the temps didnt even reach 64c
