Display Artifacts in Battlefield V on game launch and load, persisting after game shutdown

TraskJ

On game launch and whenever I load into a new map in BFV, both of my displays have random artifacts (multicolor flashes, screen shifting itself). The artifacts persist when I close the game, and go away after a reboot. I have not noticed this issue in other games

My system:

Windows 10 build 18362, 64 bit

Asus Prime Z470-Pro

Ryzen 5 1600 (Overclocked to 3.4ghz, but problem persists at stock speed)

2x8 Corsair Vengeance DDR4 2666mhz CL16

XFX RX 580 8GB

500gb Samsung 970 Evo (BFV is on this drive), 1tb WD Blue, 120gb SK Hynix drive, 240gb Sandisk SSD

EVGA SuperNova Nex650G

Things I have tried:

DDU+driver rollback

Updated bios

Lowered RAM clock speeds

Increased GPU power limit in MSI Afterburner

Altered in-game settings

Turned FreeSync off

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
