click the yellow text under my comment box that says PSU Tier List and look in the "Budget" tier. Any of those power supplies are good for your range.

 

Just stick to around 450-550w (550 at the most), you don't need a shitload of power contrary to popular belief 

Hi, i'm pretty new to Building PC's, so just looking for some assistance.

I'm looking to build a cheaper system that would include a GTX 1660, I5-9400F and a Asrock B365 MOBO Matx.

What Cheap but still reliable PSU could I get ?

i'd pick up a corsair cx450

aorus pro z390

noctua nh-d15s chromax w black cover

evga 3070 ultra

samsung 128gb, adata swordfish 1tb, wd blue 1tb

seasonic 620w dogballs psu
