Hey, I plan to build a PC next month and want help refining my part list.

I frequently use Adobe Premier, Illustrator, Photoshop, Unity 3d and most importantly play a very wide array of games.

My goal Is for the system to run two monitors a 1440p 27" 144hz monitor for primarily gaming, along side a ultra wide 43-49" monitor that i would use primarily for productivity but also for some immersive style games.

My current PC I originally built 8 years ago and I have just upgraded some parts over the years i'm hoping for this system to last just as long.

I am not attached to any of the parts. I would like someone with more experience than me to point out where i might be spending to much or to little money for my goals.

you do not need x570. its a waste of money. for 1440p 144hz, i would recomend better gpu ONLY IF budget allows.

that psu may not be enough.

personally, i would get slower speed ram so I can get lower latency. ryzen care about about latency than speed from what I have heard. LTT made a really good video on this topic. in their testing, 2400 performed similarly to 3200 when latency was reduced on the 2400 kit. plus it will be cheaper as well.

windows 10 OEM keys should not cost $100. that is a pure scam. OEM keys can be found for <$50.

Thank you for the impute Saksham!

I will definitely google around for a cheaper OEM Key and I will look for that video about ram speed. I went with the 2070 super just because the videos I watched all seemed to recommend it over 2080 super because of the minimal performance gain vs price hike. But If i can bring down the price in other areas I may just swap for the 2080 super anyways. Also i was just going off the estimated wattage on pcpartpicker when i picked the PSU however for the future you are right I should probably up the wattage

If you are not tied to RGB, consider an air cooled build with DDR4-3200 memory. There is data that suggests a very small +/- performance differential between DDR4-3200 CL16 and DDR4-3600 CL18/19 and the difference is dependent on applications used.

You might also consider saving on the NVMe drive. The Sabrent 1TB has performance very similar to the 970 Evo.

Thanks brob! I will definitely be switching to the Sabrent 1TB and going with a cheaper DDR4-3200. However I have never water cooled before and really like the aesthetic you get without a cpu fan so i will probably be sticking with the water cooling however I'm open to suggestions for other reliable water coolers. Also something I forgot to mention is I'm going with the x570 just because I plan to have the motherboard for ~8 years and would like to update the CPU a few years down the line. I figured i would have more upgrade potential going with the x570. Also I don't have an older chip to update the bios on an older board. Is my logic sound or should I really be considering something older?

If you stick with an aio I'd suggest you consider a 360 mm (3x120mm) unit. Something like Corsair H150i PRO or Asus ROG RYUJIN 360.

Given how long you plan to keep the motherboard I'd also suggest getting something with better VRM. Perhaps the Gigabyte X570 AORUS PRO.
