Laptop Screen Size

I am looking to replace my current laptop because it is experiencing a suite of technical issues and it is still within warranty. What would be better? A 15.6 2070 laptop or a 17.3 inch 2060 laptop. I am more concerned about thermals, build quality and longevity. Any advice would be appreciated.

In theory a 17.3" should have more space for the cooling so be superior but in reality its not that simple.  Many manufacturers try to make laptops as thin and light as possible, negating the benefit of the size.  You'd have to find reviews of specific laptops.
