Building own ERP

Hey so our ERP is being bought out by a big name ERP provider and being discontinued in 6 months- we were planning on making our own, but we wanted a 3rd party to come in and help us with documentation/best practices. The back end of the ERP would be in an SQL database hosted in azure...but anyways I'm a little stuck on how exactly I google what I'm looking for in terms of finding that 3rd party. Any ideas?

Side note: We likely cannot go with the ERP that has bought out the ERP we used to use since they do not have all of the functionality we would need, and they are charging 3x or more the price of what we were already paying.
