Hi people,

I have had my Strix 970 since a few months after it came out and I am currently running +150 core and +500 memory and its a superb card! I noticed today settings like core voltage monitoring, adjustment and "force constant voltage". What does increasing core voltage adjustment from +0 to +37 actually do for me?

Under full load it gets to 71 degrees and stays extremely quiet at 35% fan speed. Will voltage allow me to push even further? My current settings are the highest I have achieved without artefacts.

Any knowledge of voltage changing would be greatly appreciated! I know how voltage works for my CPU (FX-8350 @ 4.7 GHz @ 1.456V) and am wondering also if it works in the same way. Also how much does it affect longevity of the GPU?

Thanks in advance :D

Current specs:

More fans

Did I mention fans?
