Need serious help with black screen

I built my system 2 months ago and it's been working fine until this day. I updated bios, pc booted normally, then went to enable XMP profile and a little overclock to cpu. 3.9ghz and 1.325 volts on r5 3600. (Pointless probably but i was just testing) After that it boots but nothing shows up on the monitor. Vga led is solid white on my motherboard.

 

Solutions i have tried:
Different Gpu
Cmos reset, both battery removal and jumper
Different monitor cables, hdmi and displayport

Different monitors and TVs
Only one ram stick, tried both sticks

 

 

My build:
Cpu: R5 3600, stock cooler
Mb: Asus b450-f gaming
Ram: 3000Mhz 2x8 corsair vengeance
Psu: Corsair Vs650
Gpu: Vega 64 (tried with gtx 1070)
Ssd/hdd: kingston A400 ssd as a boot drive and few hdds
