posting and blackscreen

So i built my son a used part pc and it posted fine the first time and than afew days went by and it does the normal 1 beep than 5 seconds later does 2nd beep but no image on screen any ideas i tried different display wires changed graphics card and checked ram still same issue?

Amd Fx 6300

MSI 760gma-p34

Vulcan TeamGroup 2x4gb ddr3 ram 1600

GTX 1050 Ti
