USB devices Disconnect Randomly

BIOS Version/Date    American Megatrends Inc. F42d, 12/9/2019
System Model    X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING

Processor    AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor, 3600 Mhz
 

Recently upgrade to x470 and 3700x with 16GB DDR4 RAM, asked one of the tech shop employees to help me flash with the newest bios. After the upgrade, I frequently experiences my mouse and my headset disconnecting but not my keyboard. Currently have this three devices connected to the motherboard io. I encountered this mostly when playing Dota 2 and CSGO. Is it a defect in the usb ports? I'm clueless.
