My Power Supply has this Configuration, picture given below. It is Antec BP450S continues power 

 

I want to know that it is enough for my system ? 

Specs-

Ryzen 3 2200g

Asrock A320 mobo

8gbx2 HyperX Fury ram

Gigabyte G1 Gaming Rx480 4gb

 

I am confused about  two 12v 19a rails

 

Because sometimes i am getting sudden shutdown while playing games

 

Is this good enough ?

check the recomended PSU settings please!

 

id say its a good idea to invest in a decent corsair or chieftech psu, psu is not something you want to cheap out on.... since it is essentially the life source for your system... and if it is garbage and docent give out a decent and stable power output u are just gonna kill ur system slowly and steadily...

@nextg3n it is saying 500 recommended but i think rx480 has upto 150tdp right ? By the way my current psu, this one has 80+ white efficiency and continues power.
