Seems like a file is missing. Try reinstalling to correct it.

If you read the Battleeye Launcher error code, it tells you right there what the problem is.

 

Something in your system is blocking or "manipulating" battleeye, most likely antivirus or firewall.

Its possible that up until now fortnite used EAC instead of BE, they switch these sometimes, IDK why, probably to sell more telemetry data, which they dont do, or so one man says.
