Hi I’m will and I’m very scared/nervous that I’ve screwed up my pc I’m a kid and it is my first time building a pc I’m nervous because the cpu don’t go in at first then went in and locked down but I don’t know if I bent or broke a pin/pins and the motherboard has been moved around scrapping the back when I checked I couldn’t see bends in silver pins or any scratches but I’m nervous about booting it up I spent $900 on it it’s my life savings thx.

Motherboards usually will not be damaged by that, only if you really treat them really badly. And if the CPU went in easily when you tried again, then it should be fine.
