Hi all, just wondering if anyone here has some tips on reducing strain and RSI for using the computer or doing things around the house, the muscle below my thumb on my right hand is starting to hurt when using a controller for the xbox or doing things in the garden, any tips here or braces i could buy would be aweome, thanks in advance!

Pausing every hour or so and doing hand/wrist exercises works well, getting a massage can also help. You can find a bunch of these exercises on YouTube. If the pain persists and starts getting worse, you will need to stop gaming altogether for a couple of days, so make sure to do those exercises.
