A few days ago I was playing Monster Hunter World and my game froze for a couple of seconds and came back to the normal frames, and after that, this is constantly happening now in all games.

So I've done a test with afterburner and I found out that I'm using 90-102% of my GPU Power(the GPU usage is in the 60-70% and the temperature is 70oC) and when it goes beyond 102% on power usage, all GPU stats drops dramatically, and my fps goes to 0 for one or 2 seconds.

Because of that, I know i have a problem here, but I don't know if it's the GPU or the Power Supply and I couldn't find anything to help me fix that... I don't know what to do anymore.

Specs:

GPU: RTX 2070 msi armored

CPU: i7 8700K

RAM: 2x8GB

MB: ASRock Z370

Power: 600W (I don't know what specifically because it's a iBuyPower PC and it wasn't on the specs and its not showing)Untitled.thumb.png.d22832c4ac892df07c6d0d967da32796.png

If it's not under warranty, I'd try running off of the integrated graphics to test. If the behavior goes away, then it's likely the video card is defective. If the behavior still exists, then it's a software issue with either Windows, the system UEFI, the video card's firmware, or something else. Let us know.

If this prebuilt is still under warranty, it sounds like it'd be easiest to send the system in for a warranty repair, as they'll be able to swap out the likely defective component, the video card.
