Graphics card overclocking question

I have a Msi gtx 1060 gaming x card and I have overclocked it successfully to +80 on core clock and +600 on memory clock. I was wondering would I get more out of my gpu if I changed the core voltage. I'm pretty new to overclocking so I apologize for any stupidity when it come this stuff.

yes, but the longevity of the card decreases. imo the performance gain isn't really worth the trade-off
