New Build Blank Screen GPU Pulsing.

So I built a new PC  and am getting a blank screen. Specs are listed below. I used a Ryzen 2200G to updated the Bios to Version 2801. When it boots I just get a blank screen now. I have an older GPU that doesn't need power and I put that in and does seem to boot. Also used a XFX RX 580 8GB and got no boot and black screen. 

 

 

Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX B450-F Gaming

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600

Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB

Storage: Intel 660p 512GB

PSU: EVGA 600W 80 Plus Bronze

VIdeo Card: Power Color Red Dragon RX 570 4GB
