Monster rockin roller 3

I have a Monster Rocking Roller 3 speaker that isn't working. I have checked the power cable, but when I plug it in and turn the switch聽on it doesn't turn on. However, the built in AC outputs work when I plug my phone's charging cable into them. The USB ports do not work. What should be my next step with troubleshooting?
