So Ive been running a nzxt kraken for some bit for my cpu and just had fans for the gpu but im planning on upgrading to a full water cooled loop however ive no clue about compatabilitly so im not sure what specific parts i should be getting especially for my graphics card as its not a founders card so here are parts list

Graphics Card : Gigabyte RTX 2070 OC
CPU : I7 9700k
Mother board : Z390 Aorus Pro
Case :
Phanteks Enthoo Pro M Tower
 

280mm Radiator can fit on top and i believe a 360mm Radiator can fit in the front if remove some case parts

 

edit: Budget Isnt Huge. Recommend Parts that you get what you pay for, so decent parts that dont break the bank but arnt horrible x

Most vendors of blocks have a compatibility list to check.

EK for example lists the 'EK Vector RTX RE RGB - Nickel + Acetal' as compatible with the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 Gaming OC 8G (GV-N2070GAMING OC-8GC) based on a visual inspection (meaning they looked at the schematic/CAD drawings for the board and are saying it should fit, but haven't physically verified it.

(This is usually accurate and I have never had an issue fitting an EK block that they marked as compatible). 

Basically any cpu block that lists LGA-1151 compatibility should be fine for that mobo/cpu.

might seem stupid question but with the EK block do i leave the current backplate on? and this just goes on the front?

edit: also will most res' fit? the holes in the case?

Sometimes the backplates will still work. Sometimes they work but you have to leave a screw out. Sometimes they interfere and you can't use them anymore. If you look at your current backplate and look at pictures of the block, you can usually guess if it will work; if the screw holes are in the same spots and it isn't missing any, you are usually fine. You could also search build logs for someone that has used the block you want on your gpu and see if they kept the stock backplate.

EK has their own backplates that you can use with their blocks as well (same sort of compatibility list to check).

I always swoop into these threads with - AIOs are mixed metals.  If budget is a thing, I build triple radiator loops for sub $100 often enough (on my third this year).  I do mixed metal loops (radiators aluminum, blocks copper) and order direct from Ebay and Aliexpress.  The radiators I get, are the same ones in your AIO's.  My current loop Im building is:

 

2x 240mm aluminum radiators - $21.60 shipped

1x 120mm aluminum radiator - $9.71 shipped

1x Copper AM4 CPU Block - $14 shipped

Tubing - $5 shipped

Zip ties from home, I buy radiators with barb fittings already welded on them (prefer, I have both types)

I use 2 different models of pumps/res so depends.  I pay anywhere between $17 for a pump and a res or $26/$27 if I want a true pump/res combo.

 

The most money I put in my loops are the fans.  In this current loop above Im using some old 120mm fans I have laying around instead of spending $27 more on a Arctic P12 SP 5 fan value pack shipped (which is what I use in my loops typically).

 

For loop fluid I use Prestone 50/50 premix antifreeze with their patented Cor-Guard corrosive inhibitor and antifreeze is a natural biocide already nothing can live in it.
