Backup Data

Linus has the high speed SSD server. He has mentioned that he has a backup servers that mimics all data file by file. If a file is deleted, it stays backed up for a period of time. 

Pretty much, I want a file to file copy of everything on my NAS. I use windows only. Please tell me what would be a good solution for this.
