Cpu: intel I5 4690k

Motherboard: msi guard pro g55-SLI

Ram 2x8gb

GPU: Asus gtx 970 strix

Os: Windows 10 home

Whenever I try to turn my pc on, the Hdd light comes on, case fans and gpu fans spin up, monitorndetects signal. Then the hdd light goes off, fans spin down, monitor no longer detects signal. This process repeats until I flip off psu switch.

I have had this happen multiple times before, but normally just swapping the CMOS battery or resetting the bois fixes the problem. This time I have tried putting in two different new batteries w no success. I have also tried resetting bois and changing which outlet my pc is plugged into w no improvement.

This started after i overclocked my CPU to a lower overclock than i have done previously.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
