I'm quite new to fooling around with software and os modification in general and saw Linus's video on gaming on manjaro and thought I would give dual booting linux a try. Afterwards I saw that you can modify linux very heavily and can even make linux look like MacOS. This brings me to my question, does anyone know of a prebuilt/ tutorial on how to modify manjaro to look like macos. I'm trying to go past themes down to cursors and the bottom chinbar. Any feedback is appreciated

Use Deepin DE if what you're after is a dock and nice animations, or take a while and customise KDE the way you like it.

Swap out DEs by installing them like any other package and switch to them at login.

KDE is probably your best bet if you want a MacOS feel. I recommend Latte dock for both the top panel and bottom dock.

I have been having a lot of problems with Manjaro.

Could I suggest you give Pop OS a try? It is made by System 76 and it comes with graphics drivers pre-loaded. They have excellent tutorials on their site too.

Especially if you are not familiar with Linux then I'd recommend it. It is based on Ubuntu and is made for gaming.

On the other hand, the most OSX looking Linux distro is Elementary OS, install this right off the bat if you don't have a dedicated graphics card, but if you do have one then stick to Pop/Manjaro as these have more current graphics drivers. Or even better try both. These distros can be easily booted off of a live USB drive and be test driven.

If you wanna install Manjaro/Pop, but want it to look like Elementary OS then buckle up and follow the Arch wiki to install Pantheon (Elementary OS's DE, please google this acronym as it is fairly complicated to explain what's a DE).
