but why clock dip for 1 ms to 1575mhz and power to 58% while gpu usage stays 96%? I suppose i dont have anywhere defect in hardware?

when your running so fast there will be time where your leg stop a second and slows you down. just like hardware. it reduced so it wont overload

Hi. I have 9900K stock and Aorus Wateforce 2080 Ti Xtreme. My question is. What is difference between GPU LOAD ) ( USAGE ) and GPU POWER ?
When i load many background programs i have stutter in firestrike. Sometimes i had this during stutter: 96% GPU LOAD ,GPU POWER 58% from 100%, and clock dips for 1 second to 1575mhz from 1950mhz.

So why GPU LOAD is 96% when GPU POWER is 58% and clock drop for 1 ms ...?

GPU load is how much you gpu is being used to render images. and the Power refer to how much your GPU draw electricity.

in your case of course when you load background app the LOAD from your firestrike is being diverse to the Back program itself. so both of the APP can run simultaneously. Firestrike use 100% of GPU render ability. so when the other program use the gpu it divided the usage and reduce it from Firestrike. therefore stutter happened. the gpu power is depend on what your using. the Firestrike use Max potential so it uses 100% maximum input of electricity. the reduced amount its either because stuttering happened or because the gpu tried to stabilize the amount of electricity

So its nomal when gpu load its 96% and power drop to 58% and clock drop to 1560mhz  for 1ms,during stutter? I mean no hardware issue? When apps are oopen in background
