Ubuntu File Server memory usage

Ok so my file server with ZFS has 64GB of ram with 30TB of storage in RAIDZ2. I know ZFS default uses 50% of memory for resources. But since my servers other functions do not need more 15-20GB of ram can I give more to ZFS.

Are you using deduplication or other RAM intensive processes? Otherwise it would not really impact performance, if the RAM is free your server will use more when it needs it...
