Need upgrade recommendations (cpu or gpu first)

I'm looking to upgrade my build, my I've chosen to split it up into two parts, where i first do either gpu or cpu&mobo and then the other.

 

Currently have an i5 7500 CPU and a gtx 1060 3gb gpu. I dont really have the need to run games at the highest settings, so what do you guys think would give me the biggest fps boost. I mainly play games like CoD, R6S and csgo.

 

I've been looking at the i7 9700k  and the 5700xt as the upgrades. What should i go for first for the biggest fps boost? (1080p gaming - Medium to high settings (Whatever my 3gb of vram now allows me to go to))

The problem is the money whenever it's bundled together, that's why i need to know what go go for first, either cpu and mobo upgrade or gpu. If i buy the ones you said, it would only be around 1000 DKK cheaper, which for is still is a bit too high to upgrade both at once.
