I was installing Windows 10 on my first build and went with a Ryzen 3 2200g and Msi a320m pro e motherboard, then installed only 1 stick of 4gb ram and while installing the AMD graphics drivers I've been getting the BSoD with the error of "MEMORY MANAGEMENT" I tried cleaning the ram stick, I runa ram diagnostic test and it showed nothing wrong with the ram but the error still appears when i try to install the graphics drivers, can it be cause by too low ram capacity? and will i fix it by adding another 4gb ram stick?

Are you using the Windows 10 memory diagnostic? If that's what you used, I'd test it again with a different memory diagnostic, such as MemTest86. In my first computer build, I spent 6+ hours trying to figure out what was wrong, as Windows Memory Diagnostic detected no errors. I run MemTest86, and thousands of errors came up.
