BSOD exception not handled

I been having this BSOD for a while now, happens only when im playing game and every 1-5 hours or so. It says the cause of it is driver "intelppm.sys" I have downloaded software to update every driver that outdated and that didnt fix the issue so i have no idea what to do. Any help is much appreciated.
