Logitech G933 Please Help

Eardbird

I’ve had my Logitech g933 headset for about a year now and I love it. It has great sound, a decent enough mic, great comfort, and good battery life. A couple weeks ago it got knocked off my desk and now it has a serious problem. The left speaker plays audio very faintly that is inaudible over the loud buzzing noise it also plays, but the right speaker seems to work just fine. And in wired mode both speakers work perfectly, but the headset loses some functionality when it’s wired. So I’d like a fix if there is one, I’m even willing to open the headset up if it means it’ll fix it. Please help!
